Listphile
It’s no mystery that we’re neck deep in the Information Age, and what better way to seek out plentiful amounts of information than in a list? Listphile is an online rich media collaborative application that allows users to compile tons of whatever into lists, and have them presented with great features such as video, maps, images and of course verbiage about what it is you’re interested in. Take Linux for example – this is awesome:
If you start your own list, it can be added to by additional contributors, moderated to ensure content is consistently relevant, view the recent activity… and they give you a handy profile [link]… Appropriately enough, I’ve started, and will continue to add to a Social Networking list and needless to say, I’m a fan of Listphile already, and have found a new favorite Web 2.0 toy.
