TweetLater

I had this idea, sitting outside, that it’d be awesome (sometimes) to schedule a Twitter update for later, you know, if you’re gonna be out skydiving and want to post “chances are, I’m falling out of a plane, RIGHT THIS SECOND!”, or if you’re Nostradamus and just want to get all your tweets out of the way in one sitting. Before I came in to try to program my idea, I Googled it. That’s the rule numero uno for all ideas. Look for it first.

Hence, TweetLater. Their logo ain’t pretty, the interface is a bit rough around the edges, but … what’s this? Auto-follow? Yes! Okay, so, auto-follow doesn’t work for everyone, neither does scheduling tweets, but here’s the low down on the site, I find it useful because I’m super chatty.

  • Schedule Tweets for multiple accounts
  • Yes, manage multiple accounts!! (rad)
  • Auto-follow
  • Auto-welcome “@so-and-so welcome to my twitter! glad you could make it”
  • It was made by http://twitter.com/dewaldp this guy

Other than that? All I can say is… Of the few Twitter toys I love (hellotxt, ping.fm, brightkite, twhirl) – this one’s gonna get filed away as one I’ll use often as well.

Spread the Love!
