Apptism

Ok all you iPhone people, I know pretty much zero about iProducts in general. I’ve never seen iTunes, don’t own an iPod, can’t really stand the iPhone (though they’re fun to play with), and don’t really see a need to jump on the Apple bandwagon anytime soon, simply because I enjoy my Win-based products and applications. That said, when I saw Apptism I must say - this site is put together really well.

Fast access to iPhone apps? Yes
Easy to understand interface? Yes
Cool looking useless stuff that plays off the Accelerometer? Yes
Good selection? Yes - 3900+ apps, not bad
Affiliated with Apple? No - says so in their disclaimer :)

I’m sure there’s Apple-based stores, owned by the “Might White Apple”, but an alternative is a good thing, from what I gather, being a non-conformist doesn’t really fit in to the Apple business model, but here’s a chance to break the mold of Apple Store, iTunes, App Store, Woohoo, etc.
